“We rented out our home to someone we knew that needed a place to stay. After some time they stopped making the payments and completely destroyed the house, and refused to leave. We were stuck paying two mortgages, and no idea how to make the people move out of our house. We had no idea what to do. We talked to Owens team and they made us a fair offer to buy our house as is. They also walked us through every step on evictions. They even put us in contact with their lawyers and helped us get the correct paperwork to take to court and get the tenants evicted. They answered every text and phone call and there were a lot because we had so many questions. They were always kind and patient with us and helped us every step of the way. “I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the transaction was with Owen buys houses. I had found a home in WV and wanted to purchase it as soon as possible because houses have been selling fast. I purchased the house but was stressed about having to do a few repairs on the house I owned in Virginia before putting it on the market to sell. I talked to Owen’s agent and we made a deal and closed on it in a very timely manner. I could have spent time and money on fixing up the VA house and selling it for more, but it was worth not having the headaches that go along with that to sell fast and easy. I realize this may not be for everyone, but if you are wanting to move and not have your present home and repairs hanging over your head, I recommend it.
